Our Policy
Due to the nature of our products being premium unstitched fabrics, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or if you simply do not like the fabric.
However, we stand by the quality of our materials. We will gladly accept returns and offer a refund or exchange in the following specific scenarios:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a fabric that is torn, has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misweave, color bleed), or is not as described.
- Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Fabrics that have been cut, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Sale or clearance items (unless they are defective).
- Fabrics purchased as part of a “bundle” or “set” that has been opened.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Approval: Once we receive and approve your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Ship Back: Send the unused and unwashed fabric in its original packaging to us. The product must be in its original, saleable condition.
- Inspection & Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange for an exchange. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
